Brighton and Hove real-time bin tracking: a UK first
Brighton and Hove City Council launched what is believed to be the UK's first real-time bin collection tracking service in December 2025. Collection vehicles are connected directly to the council's website, with updates available as they happen. Residents can track the progress of their brighton and hove bin collection and see when collections are completed in real time.
